Why we recommend this Peterson Piranha LED light...The 2760A-2P & 2760FA-2P Piranha LEDs are designed for use with semi trailers, coaches, buses, tractor trailers, and other vehicle applications where additional turn notification is necessary.This 10-diode LED light warns nearby traffic of a wide turn and may eliminate accidents with other vehicles in blind spot areas.A mid-turn light is currently not a federal requirement and is only required in some states. However, it is always better to be safe when the lives of others depend on it. This bright, 10-diode Peterson mid-turn warning light grabs the attention of surrounding drivers letting them know to make room for your turn.The 2760A-2P is the grommet mount option (see "Options" above) and 2760FA-2P is the flange mount option (also see "Options" above) for this LED light. Both are mounted in the center of either side of trailers, buses, etc.Both the 2760A-2P (grommet mount) and the 2760FA-2P (flange mount) feature a hard-wired design that includes a 3-wire molded adapter plug. These Peterson LED mid-turn warning lights operate from a 9-32 volt range. The grommet required to mount the Peterson 2760A-2P is item number 426-18.The picture above is the grommet mount option (2760A-2P) for this Piranha LED.
