417 Red Kit 4" PIRANHA Led Stop, Turn, and Tail Light

Peterson V417KR 4" PIRANHA LED LIGHT, PLUG & GROMMET

The V417KR is a 4" round, red, 36-diode LED light kit that functions as a stop, turn, and tail light. This is a new installation or replacement light kit used on trucks, trailers and other applications.
The kit includes the 417R light, the 426-18 mounting grommet, and is hard-wired.
Wire colors are White=Ground, Red=Stop/Turn and Black=Tail.
The V417KR operates from 9-16 volts. The reverse voltage protection prevents damage if the light is incorrectly installed.
The pros to the V417KR are: 1)It's hard-wired, which eliminates the need for a separate plug and reduces connection points which keeps the wiring more reliable. 2)The "skirted" weld joint provides added protection against road and weather conditions. 3)It does not require "Top" positioning to meet FMVSS 108. MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove old light from grommet and unplug.

Replace grommet, if necessary.

Connect the vehicle harness to the 3-pole female adapter plug.

Place LED light into grommet.
