• Parts Information We are not trained automotive technicians. You should consult local Dealers and Mechanics regarding technical advice. Technical information is online at www.pmlights.com.

• Availability Of Parts: Every part listed in this catalog at the time it was entered was available to us from Peterson Manufacturing. When a part is discontinued, it will be removed as soon as possible. If you have ordered an item that becomes discontinued, we will contact you regarding your order.

• Substitution Of Parts

NOTE: We reserve the right to substitute PACKAGING VARIATIONS for products ordered. EXAMPLE: M426R and V426R are the same light different packaging. (V = vizpack & M = light without packaging)

• Backorder: Backorders are items the manufacturer does not have available for immediate shipment to us. And can be canceled within 24 hours of e-mail notification by replying to the Customer Service Backorder e-mail .

• Payment Methods: In an attempt to provide our customers the most secure shopping experience possible, foxtaillights.com has chosen to use PayPal for all payment processing.(A PayPal Acct. is NOT required!) 1. Credit cards accepted: AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal. 2. Refunds are made by sending the refund amount back to the account the payment was received from.

• Returns Policy: * We consider all sales final unless a part is either: (1) Defective (2) Other than ordered. * A return will not be accepted after 30 days (unless under extended manufacturer warranty). **Returns must be made in their original cartons.** * Any part returned must be in NEW-SALE condition as determined by our returns department.(unless under extended manufacturer warranty). * Parts which installation has been completed or attempted are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to check parts for correct fit BEFORE installation. * A part which has been disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted or modified in any way cannot be returned. Any incomplete or opened kit cannot be returned. * Installation, disassembly or modification done by a third party on behalf of a customer is not an exception to our policy. The purchaser has full responsibility for the condition of the part. * Refunds are made in the same manner in which you made payment. • Returns Procedure: * A 20% restocking fee may Apply. * For a return to be accepted (exchange/refund)

1. E-mail customerservice@foxtaillights.com for return authorization including an RGA#. 2. The original Invoice or a copy must accompany the return. (failure to include invoice with your shipment will VOID the return process). Keep A Copy For Your Records! 3. All returns must have shipping charges prepaid, including duties, customs and special handling charges, where applicable. (We recommend that you return your items via UPS for better service and traceability. COD's will not be accepted).

* ON RETURNS DUE TO OUR ERROR, your shipping expense will be reimbursed based only upon UPS ground charges or actual cost of delivery(whichever is less). If a reship is necessary, we will pay ground shipping charges.

* Please package your returns carefully in original container(s) and send to the address provided by the Sales Rep. We are not responsible for damages.

• Shipping/Damage Claims Please open your package(s) and check the items and invoice as soon as received. Some small parts are occasionally packaged inside larger ones. For accuracy your order has been checked twice.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARRIER. Should your shipment appear to be damaged or opened when received, check the contents in the presence of the carrier's agent. Report any discrepancies and file a damage claim with the carrier at that time.

* On Truck Freight Shipments: It is the customer’s responsibility to have driver note all damage on the freight bill BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. * On Concealed Damage (not noted when delivered) contact the carrier. * Save all packing your order was received in. * Claims for shortages or damaged parts (visible or concealed) must be made to the carrier within 15 days of receipt of parts or the claims will not be honored.

• Warranty * FoxTail Lights guarantees all parts for exchange only, up to 30 days provided all criteria for a return are met. See Returns Policy & Procedure. * In some instances the manufacturer's warranty extends this limit. * All parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty on workmanship and materials. FoxTail Lights will not be responsible or liable for labor, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of the product. * Failure of a part due to misuse, incorrect installation or failure of related parts is not covered by any warranty and is not the liability of FoxTail Lights. * The warranty period begins at Date of Purchase. * If we are unable to exchange a part, due to item no longer being available, we will refund you the original purchase price of the part. • Prices We establish prices and attempt to hold those prices until a new edition or supplemental price sheet is published. Except for "SALE" or "Bulk" items/orders the price posted is the low price you will pay.
