• Protecting your personal information / privacy is extremely important to FoxTail Lights.
• At FoxTail Lights we do NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone.
• We Only send out e-mail notifications on special promotions that usually occur once or twice a year.
• If you ever get a promotional e-mail from us and you wish to discontinue receiving them. Please reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists.

• We use UPS to ship to Physical Addresses in the US only (NO P.O. BOXES) . If you cannot receive packages through UPS Please Call US @ 1-877-476-5444 before placing your order.
• UPS determines the shipping charge on all orders under $99.01.
• All orders under $99.01 and over $24.99 will incur a $1.00 Handling Fee!
• All orders Under $25.00 will incur a $2.50 fee for not meeting order minimum!
• To save our customers money with ever rising shipping costs. We have eliminated all handling fees and removed order minimums.

  • We pay the shipping cost on all orders of $99.00 or more to locations within the continental United States .
  • Orders over $99.00 where FoxTail Lights pays the freight will ship via a "Best Way" method determined by FoxTail Lights.
  
  
  

  Item Availability

  • FoxTail Lights does not Inventory every item in our catalog. However because of our close proximity to the manufacture most orders will be placed in transit within 24 hours of order deadline (12:00PM, Central Time)!
  • We generally place orders on a daily basis with Peterson Manufacturing Company (12:00 PM deadline). Allowing us to have any item Peterson has in stock within 1 business day.
  • Even if we don't have it in stock we can get it for you fast.

  Time In Transit

  • The map below shows estimated time in transit and does not include time needed to process your order.
  • Order processing time averages around 24 hours from the time you place your order on items we do not stock!
  • Items we have on hand will usually ship the day order is received, given UPS has not already picked up for the day.
  • Rush Orders can be "DROP SHIPPED" from Peterson for a fee. Must call customer service for details @ 1-877-476-5444.

  Next Day and 2-Day Air packages
  • UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air shipments Usually ship from the manufacturer.
  • Orders must be placed by 11:00am Central Time.
  • Orders received after 11:00am Central Time may not ship until the next Business Day.
  • We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
  • Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information.

  Intended Use of Products
  • Our D.O.T. products are designed for use in the United States.
  • It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws.
  • Some of our Emergency / Warning lights may have restricted uses under Local and Federal laws.

  Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
  • ANY shipments or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
  • Contact FoxTail Lights so we can start a claim A.S.A.P. @ 1-877-476-5444.
  
  
  Conditions Of Sale
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL! (Some exceptions may apply with a 20% re-stock fee).
  • Any Defective item MUST be returned within 30 days of the invoice date and include RGA information (Available from Customer Service) on outside of box to receive a credit to your account.
  • After 30 days the manufacturers' warranty applies.
  • All returns Must include your name, shipping address, a copy of your invoice, and an explanation of what is wrong with the item.
  • If any item is received without providing the information needed FoxTail Lights CANNOT insure a credit will be given!
